GRIDIRON produces co-generation energy products, such as microgrids, that allow for on-site energy.

GRIDIRON is providing this detailed Privacy Policy that will be followed for any information provided to GRIDIRON. This Privacy Policy outlines how your contact details will be used to compile a future contact list that will be used by GRIDIRION and partners. Such partners include ADV Marketing LLC (also known as “ADV Marketing”), the contracted marketing agency for GRIDIRON.
We collect the following information from you when you submit a contact form on GRIDIRON’s website:

- Company Name
- Phone Number
- Email Address
The above information may be shared with ADV Marketing for marketing and communication purposes specific to GRIDIRON. ADV Marketing will not share or use your information for any other purposes not related to GRIDIRON. The information collected and stored by GRIDIRON and ADV Marketing will not be shared or sold to any additional parties without the user’s permission.

Leadfeeder. This site uses tracking scripts to track the users of this website and the companies affiliated with these users. First and last names are NOT identified in this tracking system. In cases where emails are associated with users through Mailchimp, the user’s email may be identified in the Leadfeeder system. Companies are identified with company name, company size, and company website. Leadfeeder provide contact information for employees associated with the company using publicly available contact information. You grant GRIDIRON the right to:
For events that GRIDIRON attends or hosts (both virtually or in-person), you grant GRIDIRON and ADV Marketing the right to:
Record (vocally and by photo) by means of photographs, video, and other means as determined for use for both audio and visual production (referred to as “recording”); Utilize these recordings (any or all) after edit and create posts via ADV Marketing or GRIDIRON social media or email marketing venues. These posts will be in forms which include but not limited to single or multiple photos, short videos, webinars and other methods as needed. Your name, voice and photo may or will be used.
If you wish to opt out of your information being used in this manner, please contact Kara.Turner@advmarketing.com at least 2 weeks before the event, webinar, livestream, or forum.
Indemnity
There may be instances beyond our control that a specific calendared event may need to be cancelled or rescheduled. You agree to hold harmless GRIDIRON from any costs, expenses or damages associated with the cancellation or rescheduling of an event.
Hold Harmless Agreement:
You are in agreement to hold harmless GRIDIRON and ADV Marketing from any infringement or violation of your personal and / or property rights of any sort whatsoever based upon the use of the recording in any form as outlined above. You acknowledge that GRIDIRON will own all rights, title and interest (including copyright) of any photos or recordings, and you further acknowledge that GRIDIRON is not required in any way to use any of the photos or recordings. GRIDIRON may transfer these rights, title and interest (including copyright) of any photos and recording to ADV Marketing without advance notice to the subject of these recordings. You have assumed responsibility for entering into this agreement and the terms of this agreement do not conflict with any other existing commitment(s) on your part. You agree and understand that you will receive no remuneration for this recording. GRIDIRON will consider any reasonable request not to use or to stop using a particular recording if requested in a reasonable period of time.
Should you not wish to grant GRIDIRON these rights, please contact GRIDIRON at least two weeks prior to the event via e-mail at Kara.Turner@advmarketing.com.
Disclaimer
You acknowledge that GRIDIRON will make every effort to provide you with the most current information available for any event it hosts. This will include but is not limited to delegate listings (where applicable), final event agenda, as well as any requests received from speakers, presenters, exhibitors and delegates. GRIDIRON does not take responsibility for errors, omissions and changes to any program or the content of an event. GRIDIRON reserves all rights to make necessary changes and will not incur any penalty, not limited to but including refunds (full or partial) and alternative offers. You accept the fact that any changes as mentioned and implied happen beyond the control of GRIDIRON.
GRIDIRON, including officers, directors, employees, agents and any other affiliates directly connected with GRIDIRON (including ADV Marketing and its employees, agents, directors, and officers) will not be held liable for any damage, loss, claims, expenses or any liabilities that may arise out of any given event or interaction with this site.
GRIDIRON reserves the right to update our Terms and Conditions, Disclaimer, and Privacy Statement without notice to you.
GRIDIRON cannot control all published, presented, or disseminated content on its social media platform or at its events. There may be instances where you find communications, presentations, or other sources inaccurate, offensive, or misleading. You alone are completely responsible for your interaction with GRIDIRON, via correspondence or events, online or in person. You agree to act responsibly, exercising caution and common sense while interacting with GRIDIRON content online, GRIDIRON staff and clients, and/or GRIDIRON products.
Force Majeure
Neither you nor GRIDIRON nor ADV Marketing shall be liable for damages or have the right to terminate this Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy for failure of or delay in performing its obligations if such failure or delay is the result of an act of God, such as earthquake, hurricane, tornado, flooding, or other natural disaster, or in the case of Government announcement to include but not limited to acts of war, action of foreign enemies, terrorist activities, labor dispute or strike, government sanction, blockage, embargo, or failure of electrical service, and/or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the party whose performance is affected.
